Allowing is the Key.
Deciding to Allow is the Step.
Wanting to Allow is the Process.

It is a 3-step system that you can apply to anything in your life:

Want…Decide…Allow

You get stuck on the concept of “instant.”  In your world, instant means “instantaneous” – at the same time.  Instant Tea is exactly that.  It is already tea without the water.

Do you want instant abundance and feel-good, or instantaneous?

With “instant”

…you are calling on the Universe to instantly direct the energies of abundance and feel-good toward you.  You hold the intention of allowing it to come into your energy field, your energy bubble.  You allow it to be easy.  And it is so.

With “instantaneous”

…you believe you already have it and simply need to add one ingredient to make it a reality.  This, my dear, is magical thinking.  This is the Inner Child who wants and needs to be taken care of.  This Child believes, “If only I could figure out the one secret ingredient, then my life would be perfect.”

The “if only” statement implies external control. The Child within is looking for the magical answer that you believe is out there somewhere – if only you could figure it out – or someone would divulge the secret to you.

“Instant”

…abundance, on the other hand, implies that the Universe complies with your every wish – and now it is up to you to decide to accept it, and to allow it to be so.

Feel the difference between the two.

Instant = allow = abundance and feel-good.
Instantaneous = a missing ingredient = lack.

Imagine for a moment that you want for your Self “instant” abundance.  Imagine that the energy of abundance…floating out there in the ethers…transforms it’s path as a result of your thought and it heads toward you – instantly.

Then imagine that because it is not “instantaneous”…

Your thoughts change from allowing abundance

to

doubting your Self and the Universe.

What happens to the abundance energy that was heading your way?  You just changed the trajectory and allowed the energy of doubt.  Doubt finds you “instantaneously” because it was already there.  It just needed to be awakened.

My dear, respond to your self-doubt by transforming self-doubt into allowing abundance.  Know that the Universe wants this abundance for you as well.

Decide to accept it.  In this moment you attract to your Self abundance. Do it in this moment.

F-E-E-L the difference in your body when you

transform self-doubt to

wanting abundance and feel-good,
having faith that it’s headed toward you,
deciding to allow it in your life,
allowing it to be easy.

F-E-E-L the transformation in your mind…it clears.

F-E-E-L the transformation in your emotions…they become calm.

F-E-E-L the transformation in your heart – the home of your soul…it expands.

The desire for, plus trust and belief in abundance changes your energy field, the bubble of energy surrounding you, from doubtful to grateful.

You want, you decide, you allow.

As you are grateful for the abundance heading your way, you awaken and are grateful for the abundance you already have – in all areas of your life.

Allow it to be easy.
And it is so.

One of the branches of your Journey is Humility.  Be sure to walk the Path of Humility daily.  It assures you a Bliss of depth and heals past pain held in your Heart.

Everyone holds old pain in their Heart.  The Path of healing pain is a path of conscious Choice.  The Choice to honor your pain.  The Choice to learn from your pain.  The Choice to advance your Journey through (not around, not avoiding) your pain.  The Choice to be Humble and Grateful for your pain and to move forward in Peace.

I’d like to share with you a quick story of a woman’s transformation from feeling hardened inside and out, to entering heart consciousness – allowing herself to enjoy “a splendid, self-empowering energy, with a sense of wholeness.”

Dear Connie, I don’t know where to begin to tell you what I experienced.  I realize now that I had been lost.

The first words that Paularyo said to the group were precisely what I needed to hear.  My heart jumped, and I woke up immediately, when Paularyo began the group by talking about EXPECTATIONS.  I realized that my own EXPECTATIONS have stopped my forward movement, and hardened me inside and out.

Thank you for leading us through a meditation before the channeling to allow us to speak from our hearts.  When I asked Paularyo a question, I was surprised to hear my own words. It was as if my voice flowed directly from my heart.

The imagery Paularyo assisted me to create helped me to understand how to heal myself from my heart.

I felt a huge power come through me.  Various fears I have been holding immediately disappeared, to be replaced by a calm, peaceful feeling.  My entire being was smiling so much that the energy naturally overflowed into my energy field.

You/Paularyo taught us about our Bubble – an image of our energy field.  I was saved by the Bubble.

For years I have learned from various seminars, books, and teachers about “self-protection.”  The teachings had me protect myself in armor or build a wall around myself.  These techniques taught me how to reject/reflect energies from others, like a sword or rays or a mirror.  They brought me a sense of guilt to possibly hurt others with these reflected energies.  And I had a feeling of confinement.  So I decided not to do it, and I felt vulnerable to others pain.

Our energy Bubble neutralizes all things.  As I allowed my Bubble to expand, I sensed harmony with All-That-Is.  What a beautiful and comfortable feeling – a sense of unity with others.

Your channeling is powerful.  I learned how to create a splendid, self-empowering energy, with a sense of wholeness.

My dear, do not discard the energy of your childhood pain, fears, or judgmental ego.  If you send these energies away, they will return.

Instead of dismissing the energies, know that these energies have served you.  These energies helped you thrive, or perhaps even survive your childhood.

Thank the energies. Honor the energies.

And transform the energies to compassion for your Self and others.

To heal this fear, we would like you to first take a deep relaxing breath, my dear.  Imagine that the Universe is breathing you.  Allow your body to come into peace.  You have nothing to do.  Just BE in this moment.

Now imagine, my dear, that you are in a Bubble.  Allow your childhood imagination to create around you a Bubble.  It may help you to imagine that you blow a huge multicolored soap Bubble and step easily into it.

You are the only person in your Bubble.  Imagine there is no one near you.  Imagine you are just by your Self in a Bubble. Know, my dear, that this Bubble is your energy field.

We want you, my dear, to pay attention to the energy that you can feel in your energy field.  Is it heavy?  Is it light?  Is your Bubble small or large?

When your energy is heavy and your Bubble is small, it means, my dear, that you are in ‘protection’ mode.  You are trying to protect your Self from emotional pain.  Does this work for you?

No.  It cuts you off from connecting with other beings.

We want you to take a moment to allow your Bubble to expand.  Tap into your childhood imagination once more and imagine that your Bubble gently expands.  We want you to allow your Bubble, my dear, to be at least as large as the room you are in.

Notice that as you allow your Bubble to expand, your body becomes more peaceful.  Your mind becomes more clear.  Your emotions become more calm.

Now, my dear, we want you to imagine that your Bubble easily doubles in size.  Allow it to be easy.  Your body becomes more peaceful.  Your mind more clear.  Your emotions more calm.

Allow your Bubble to continue expanding until it is as large as Mother Earth.  Allow it to be easy.

Allow your Bubble to expand until it is as large as the Universe, and beyond.  Allow it to be easy.

My dear when you allow your Bubble to be this large, notice what happens to your emotional being.

The things that were so pressing are not as important.  They come into perspective.

From this state of being, allow your consciousness, your awareness, to go into your body.  Find the place in your body, my dear, where the emotion of ‘fear of abandonment’ is stored.  Where do you hold it in your body?  Allow your Self to know where you hold it before you read on.

If it’s in your base chakra, the base of your spine, that is the chakra of your connection to this life.  It’s where, when you were a child and your felt abandoned, you placed that pain.  It has kept you from being fully present in your life.

If it’s in your belly, that is the chakra of your childhood emotions.  It’s where, when you were a child and your felt abandoned, you felt that pain.  How did, or does, it manifest itself today in your belly?

If it’s in your solar plexus, that is the chakra for your life path.  You have a fear of failing along your road of life.

If it’s in your heart, you became an adult while you were still a child. You took on the responsibilities of an adult and skipped over your childhood.  You are quite serious about life.

If it’s in your throat, you have difficulty speaking your truth, sharing your fears,  with others.

If you find it in your third eye, you have closed off your clairvoyance – your innate ability to see the truth.

If you placed it in your crown chakra, you have the habit of shutting your Self off from the energies of the Universe.

Yes, you may have healed this fear of abandonment during your life to some extent, and there is healing yet to be done. My dear, when there is healing yet to be done, your life will set it up so that you will enter that fear once more so you can heal it at a deeper level.

In this moment of your life, when you enter fear of abandonment…whether the abandonment is real or whether it’s emotional and imaginary makes no difference.  It is real to your energy field.

We want you to find this energy, the fear of abandonment, in your body and give it a symbol.  You will feel like you’re making this up.  Allow it.

What does this energy in your body look like?   What color is it?  How large is it?  What is it made of?  Is it a clear energy field?  Stone?  Wooden?  A cloud?  Allow it to be easy.

Once you have given this energy a symbol…

Allow this symbol to float out of your body.  Allow it to be suspended in front of you within your Bubble so you can speak to it.  If there are any strings of energy between the symbol and the body, imagine that you can cut them, and all of the energy goes into the symbol.  Do not let the symbol go.  We want you to speak to it.

Once the symbol is suspended in front of you, notice how your body feels when it is without that energy.

Ask this symbol suspended in front of you, how old you were when you first brought it to your Self.  Allow it to speak to you.  Don’t know the answer.  Let it tell you.  Hold old were you?

Some of you came in with this energy in this lifetime to heal it.  Some of you brought the energy into your life during childhood.

The fear of abandonment has been a pattern for you in this lifetime over and over again, has it not?

We want you to ask the symbol why it came to you in this life.  What is it about?  What are you to learn from this fear?  What does the symbol, the energy of fear,  tell you?

As you have experienced the fear of abandonment, it has enhanced your compassion for others who are feeling abandoned, has it not?  The major reason it came to you is to help you enhance your compassion for those who feel, or have felt, abandoned.

We call this ‘learning through opposites.’  That is – you experience the opposite (fear) of what you want to learn or enhance (compassion).  It is the most effective method of learning.

Ask the symbol if you have learned all you need to learn and if you are ready now to become complete with this lesson?  If the symbol says, ‘not yet’ it means there is still fear in there.  What is the fear about?  Is it the fear of failure?

When you are ready, we want you to imagine that it is now, in this moment, time to heal the fear of abandonment…transforming the energy into compassion for those who fear abandonment.  Just allow your Self to imagine it.

Then imagine that this symbol transforms into an energy that represents your healing…the transformation from fear into compassion.  What does the form trans-form into?  What is the shape?  Size?  Color?

If it contains pink, you are wanting, and able to give/receive, more love in your life.  If it contains blue, you are wanting, and able to give/receive, more peace in your life.  Green…more healing.  Yellow…more joy.  Red…more passion for your life path.

Ask this energy what it represents?  The original symbol represented fear of abandonment.  Ask this symbol what it represents.  What does it say to you?  It may represent several things to you.  Compassion.  What else?

One of the energies it represents may be freedom.  Freedom is a huge word. It is freedom from fear of abandonment.  It is also a sense of freedom that is beyond description.  It’s an energy of freedom.  It’s a freedom that your language does not have words to represent.

Allow this transformed energy, which represents your healing, to now come into your body where you once held the energy of fear.  Allow it to re-place the energy of fear.

Notice how your body changes when you bring that energy into it.  This is a healing moment for you.  Simply f-e-e-l it.  Just BE it.

Allowing your Bubble to be as large as the Universe and this energy of healing to be in your body, imagine now going into tomorrow with this energy…compared to yesterday when you carried the energy of fear of abandonment.

In your imagination, go to tomorrow in the energy of healing.

How is your day different tomorrow?  Allow it to be easy to let your childhood imagination create the day.  Your imagination is the key to your subconscious.  Your subconscious controls your perceptions and creates your moments.  Allow it to be easy.  And it is so.

Energy transformation and imagination are tools you can use daily to allow your life to be easy.

Imagine now going through the week in this energy.

We want you to know that if you maintain this trans-formed energy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the next week, nonstop, that you have created a miracle.

Probably the fear of abandonment will return.  When you are aware that it has returned, what do you do?  Instead of criticizing your Self…

- Take a deep, relaxing breath.
- Allow the Universe to breathe you.
- Allow your Bubble to expand to the size of the Universe, and beyond…or as large as is comfortable for you.
- Trans-form the symbol of fear into your symbol for healing fear.
- Return to compassion.
- Allow it to be easy.  Feel it.  BE it.

You can do this over and over again.  What happens, my dear, is that every time you do it, it lasts longer.  It’s easier.  It’s quicker.  Until it becomes your new habit.  Your new way of Being.

We wish for you that instead of criticizing your Self, if you find yourself in fear of abandonment, say to your Self  “Ha! Ha! Ha!  That’s my old habit.  That’s the way I used to be.”

Trans-form, with your enlarged Bubble, returning to healing, compassion, freedom.

Allow it to be easy.
And it is so.

As you look into this infant’s eyes, you can see deep into Your Soul.

What are your innate Soul qualities?

Allow yourself to know.  Allow it to be easy.

You are loving, caring, gentle, wise, and compassionate.

These are just some of your Soul qualities.  These innate Soul qualities make up the true who of you.

Allow your Self to take this moment to imagine holding YOU as an infant.

Allow yourself to f-e-e-l your Soul qualities.

Imagine looking at this infant and knowing who you are at the core of your being.

Allow it to be easy.

As you grew up you unconsciously buried your
Ka qualities, to some extent, in order to
thrive, or perhaps even survive, during your childhood.

As an adult you have the choice to
remember your Ka qualities, to

My dear, imagine, if you will, that your life is a dream that your Soul creates so it may advance on its Path of Enlightenment.

Imagine that your Body is simply a vehicle for your Soul’s dream journey.

If you could accept this as one of your Truths, how would your life be different?

Let’s take a journey of imagination.

Imagine your Soul as a ball of white light in a Parallel Universe.

Imagine that your Soul contains all of the energy and information from all of your lifetimes.

Imagine that your Soul is energetically connected to All-That-Is.

Visualize your Soul connected to your heart through a stream of white light.  At the end of this stream of light, in your heart, is your “Ka.”  See your Ka as a small ball of white light in your heart.  This ball of light, your Ka, came with you into this lifetime.

Your heart contains your Ka.

Your Ka contains your innate Soul Qualities – love, compassion, peace, joy, wisdom – all of the qualities of your Soul.

Your Life Purpose is to enhance your Soul qualities.

You came to the Earth to enhance your Ka, so that your Soul completes its Journey of Enlightenment.

While you are traveling your Soul Journey on Earth, you can call on Master Spirit Teachers to assist you.

Master Spirit Teachers are energies that have always been, and will forever be, teachers of the highest order. They have never been incarnate. They serve as pure Teachers of Spirit.

Imagine…

· Your Soul chose the Earth as your Spiritual School.
· Your Ka holds your Soul qualities.
· Your Heart is the home of your Ka.
· Your Life Purpose is to enhance your Ka qualities.
· Your Master Spirit Teachers are available to assist you.
· Your Ka returns to your Soul as you leave this life.

Once your Ka has reached Enlightenment, your Soul’s Journeys are complete. Your Soul becomes a teacher for other Souls.  You no longer reincarnate.

There comes a time in your life when
you make a clear decision to
live from your Heart
- the home of your Ka, your Soul -

- the home of your Ego’s “shoulds.”

is an on-going process that ends when you finally transition to Spirit.

Healing can happen each moment of your life.

When you become aware of your own negative thinking, and how it affects your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being…you have the opportunity to transform your negative self-talk into a new pattern which brings your body/mind/spirit into peace, ease, and healing.

My dear, in this moment think of a person for whom you feel anger, resentment, or jealousy. How does your body feel?

Now think of a person for whom you feel love, admiration, or compassion. How does your body feel?

The stress in your body which
leads to illness is a
result of negative self-talk.

Allow your Self to transform your
negative self-talk into
compassionate self-talk.

In this moment, have compassion for a person for whom you have been feeling anger, resentment, or jealousy.

In this moment, you
transform your energy and
your being from
tension to tranquility.

As you do this, your…

• Physical body comes into peace, your
• Mental body comes into clarity, your
• Emotional body comes into balance, and you
• Enhance your innate Soul qualities of love, compassion, joy, peace, and passion for your Path.

You fulfill your
Life Purpose -
to enhance your Soul qualities.

My dear, ignoring negative self-talk leads to stress, which reduces your immune system and leads to illness. Allow yourself to be aware, and to transform negative self-talk into compassionate self-talk.

Illness is a journey of the Soul.

Illness is an opportunity for
enhancing your Soul…
which makes its home in your heart.

No human experiences a life without illness.

Illness is not the
result of negative karma.

Illness is not the
result of allowing
negative energies into your being.

Illness is a
part of your Life Journey.

Illness is an
opportunity to
accept that you are not perfect…
that negative self-talk creeps in unnoticed.

Please, my dear, do not criticize yourselves for being imperfect, or for becoming ill.

Know that you are simply human. It is a part of the human experience.

My dear, there are
three categories of illness:

(1) Temporary illness.

Temporary illness, my dear, brings an opportunity to review your current thinking.

To notice which recent thinking brought stress to your body…and led to a lowered immune system.

Allow yourself to heal your body through transforming your negative self-talk into compassionate self-talk. As you do this, you peacefully enhance your Soul qualities.

Allow it my dear.
Allow it to be easy.

(2) Chronic illness.

Chronic illness delivers an opportunity to review your life long patterns of negative thinking that have not served you.

As you take the time for this life review, you have the opportunity to create radical transformations from old negative patterns of thinking into a new habit of compassionate thinking.

As you incorporate these new patterns into your everyday life, you are a being of greater peace and presence. Your life embraces ease.

These are major Soul-enhancing transformations.

(3) Life-threatening illness.

My dear, awareness of your own mortality brings with it the opportunity for a Soul review and for accelerated transformation.

Healing, my dear, is a life-long journey of

advancing on the Path of Your Soul by

After spotting dolphins and then meditating along the jagged cliffs of the Pacific Ocean, we make our way back to the park’s steep entrance road as the sun is setting behind us.

Emerging from the coastal desert landscape, we find ourselves about three-quarters of the way up the hill. What a relief! The park brochure tells us this road rises three hundred feet in 0.8 miles, and we don’t have too much further to walk. We begin heading up to our car in the parking lot at the top of the road. The park is closing.

Linda is quite thin due to her illness, so we take our time and walk slowly up. And up. And up. We’re enjoying the soothing twilight and peaceful meditative state that has overtaken both of us. From behind we hear the clanging of an old bicycle. Who would be coming into the park . . . on a bicycle . . . as the park is closing?

We turn to spot a young man about twenty feet away, easily peddling up the hill on a clunker one-speed bicycle. He greets us with a warm smile, his brown, wavy, shoulder-length hair softly blowing in the wind. He’s not out of breath.

How can this young man peddle up this steep hill with seemingly no effort?

Approaching, he tenderly gazes into our eyes and from this gentle being we hear the words, “I have a message for you from a parallel universe. I have but a moment within which to bring you the message. Sananda loves you.”

I immediately stop breathing. I’m mesmerized by this young man, his energy, his message. Spellbound, I manage to respond with a monotone, “Thank you.” Linda is frozen into silence.

As he seems to float past us up the last stretch of this impossibly steep grade, we simply stand and stare until he disappears into the flat parking lot.

My mind can’t seem to come to grips with what I’ve just experienced.

All at once, a dozen questions come zipping into my head. I hear myself sputtering, “Did you see what I saw? Did you hear what I heard?  How did he know I’m going to write a book called Channeled Messages from a Parallel Universe? Who would bicycle up this unbelievably steep hill at sunset just as the park is closing?  How could this guy so effortlessly peddle up this sheer grade . . . on an old clunker of a bike . . . smiling pleasantly . . . breathing easily . . . speaking clearly? He looked just like Jesus – on a bicycle!”

And then one last question comes out of me, “Who is Sananda?”

In a flat voice Linda explains, “When he walked the earth we called him Jesus. His energy on the other side is known as Sananda.”

“You’re saying that in a parallel universe, Jesus is called Sananda?”

“Yes.”

What am I hearing? I feel my head shaking. No, this can’t be happening.

Linda and I hold on to each other, unbelieving and at once confirming what we’ve seen, heard, experienced. As the sun hovers over the horizon behind us, we glance around to see if anyone else witnessed this exchange between us and Jesus . . . Sananda. We’re the only ones remaining on the road.

With arms wrapped around each other’s waist and a sense of wonder and growing apprehension, we begin walking up to the crest of the hill. We know there’s only one way in and out of the San Diego Torrey Pines State Park . . . this road.

Reaching the parking lot we search with our eyes. He’s nowhere to be seen. Silently, we wait. Perhaps he’s in the ranger station?

The few cars remaining stream out of the parking lot and begin their descent. Within minutes the sun has set.  The park closes. We are the only civilians left. The Rangers signal us to leave.

He and his bicycle have simply disappeared.

A few years before this mystical experience, during a meditation it had come to me that I’d write a book entitled Channeled Messages from a Parallel Universe. I trusted it. I knew it to be true.  Sananda’s words confirmed this for me.

I just didn’t know when the book would come through me or what the content would be.

It took me several more years to write the book of messages from my Master Spirit Guides, Paularyo — who reside in a Parallel Universe.

Many people ask me if I can remember a channeling session after it’s over.

I remember it like a dream.  And then it fades.

Today I took the time to watch the broadcast of me channeling for Paularyo last weekend.  I was in awe of the amount of guidance Paularyo provided in so many areas in such a short period of time.

Paularyo led viewers to discover their innate Soul Qualities.

My dear, when you are in the energy of expectation, you are in your head. You are in the future. You are missing the moment.

Allow your Self in this moment to be in expectation.  Imagine it.  Sense your expectations of your Self…expectations about what’s going to happen later today or tomorrow…expectations of your relationships with others…expectations of your job….f-e-e-l these expectations.

Notice what happens to your body, to your mind, to your emotions.  Your body, mind, and emotions feel stressed.

Notice what happens to your energy field, your Energy Bubble.

Your Energy Bubble shrinks.

When you’re in expectation, your mind is spinning, and you are not present in your life. Your mind is so busy spinning, that it is difficult to focus on what you’re doing.  You are missing the moment.

Imagine now that you can encapsulate the energy of your expectations into a small box.  The stressful energy of your expectations easily float out of your BEing and into a box that is floating within your Bubble.  Engage your childhood imagination.  Allow it to be easy.

Allow this box to drift apart from you and to be suspended in midair.

Be sure there are no strings of energy between you and this small box of expectations. If there are, imagine that you can simply cut them and the energy goes into your box of expectations.

BE separate from your expectations.  The box is simply floating within your Bubble.  Allow it to be easy.

Take a deep breath as you allow your Energy Bubble to expand until it is as large as the universe and beyond.  Your Bubble wants to expand.  Allow it.

In this moment BE free of expectations.

When you are free of expectations, notice your Energy Bubble continues to expand.   It is as large as the Universe and beyond.  It wants to expand.  Simply allow it.  As your Bubble expands, notice…

Your body is peaceful.

Your mind is clear.

Your emotions are calm.

Your connection with All-That-Is to be complete.

When you allow your Energy Bubble to expand, you automatically drop into your heart.

You are present to this moment, to your life.

You can more easily focus and complete tasks.

When you allow your Energy Bubble to expand, and you release expectations (put them aside), you simply drop into your heart and into the moment.

When you experience your moments with your Energy Bubble expanded, you drop into peace.

Allow your Self to imagine now that you are walking through tomorrow without expectations. How are your experiences different than they were yesterday when you walked through your day with expectations of your Self and of others?

Your mind is clear, your body feels light, your emotions are calm.

When you have expectations of an upcoming event, a preconceived idea of what is going to happen…as you anticipate that event and as you enter that event – what can you do?

You can put aside your expectations – put them in your floating box – in order to BE present in your life.

When you move forward without expectations…

• Your heart opens.
• Your mind slows.
• You allow it to be easy.
• You are fully present to the moment and open to whatever happens.
• You feel free to BE your Self, your Spiritual Essence, your Ka.

Imagine, my dear, that you are writing your goals for the day, or for the year.  You go to your head to retrieve your goals.  Your head’s purpose is to store information for you.

Then you write your goals from your heart.

If you have the expectation that you will complete all of your goals perfectly, you remain in your head, and you will be disappointed.

As you stay in your heart while writing your goals, and you trust that you will do the best you can, and that whatever you get done will be enough…you remain in peace.

You allow it to be easy.

When you are in expectations of your Self you are in your head, the home of your Ego… you’re in worry, you’re in judgment, your mind is spinning.  It is impossible to be in joy and in freedom when your head is spinning.  You are missing your life.

When you have expectations of your Self, you will be disappointed.  Expectations contain judgment.

When you have expectations of other people you will be disappointed, will you not?

If you need another person to love you so much that you can feel good about your Self, that person will never love you enough.

If you expect your job to give you everything you need in your life, it will never be enough. You will be disappointed.

What do you do??  When you realize you are in expectations, you can easily transform your expectations into peace, yes?

Take a deep, relaxing breath…allow your Energy Bubble to expand…and gather your energy of expectations up into a little box which you put aside.

Feel the difference. You know that whatever is going to happen, is going to happen, and you return to peace.  You return to the present.

My dear, what have your expectations taught you?

Expectations have taught you what happens when you live in your head, when your mind is spinning, and when you are missing your life.

What happens?  You create stress.  Physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional stress.  This is the opposite of your natural being, your soul, you Ka – peace, love, compassion, joy, ease.

Expectations have taught you through “opposites.” The opposite of creating stress in your life is creating peace.  When you learn through opposites, it is the most powerful learning for you.

Once you have learned through experiencing opposites, you allow it to be easy to flip to the other side.  In this case, you flip from stress to ease. The deeper your stress from expectations, the deeper your peace and ease.

Use these tools to enhance your life, my dear.  Enhancing your life is what your life is all about. When you enhance your life, you enhance your Ka…your soul qualities. 

And that is your Life Purpose – to enhance your Ka…your soul qualities.

Thank this box of expectations for all it has taught you through opposites.

Now, my dear, ask the box which is holding your expectations to transform into an energy which represents the opposite of expectations.

The opposite of expectations is faith, is it not? Faith that whatever happens is for your best.

Allow your box of expectations to transform into an image which represents for you faith… faith in your Self and faith in the universe.

What does the box become? It may transform into a flower…an animal…a ball of light. What does it become?

Allow it to be easy.

Simply allow your Energy Bubble to expand, my dear. That will automatically take you out of your head and drop you into your heart, which opens the doorway to your creativity, your childhood imagination.

Allow your imagination to create this transformation from a box of expectations to….what?  What do you see in your imagination? Allow it to be easy.  Make a mental note of your new image.

Invite your newly created image, which represents faith, into your heart. Feel the energy of faith in your heart. Feel the energy of allowing, of peace, of ease, and the energy of being present to your life.

You have transformed from a low vibration of stress into a high vibration of peace and ease.

You did it.  You can do it anytime.  Simply practice.  Practice.  Practice.

Take a moment to feel in your heart the energy of faith/ease/allowing and being present in your life.

The image of peace that you created is a very important image for your healing. When you transform the image of low vibration, an energy that you no longer wish to carry, into an image of high vibration which serves you today, it provides you with an easy tool you can use for your ongoing personal and spiritual growth.

Add this image to your Spiritual Tools for Personal Transformation Toolbox.

My dear, the next time you find your Self in expectations, in stress, you have an image ready to transform that box of expectations into.

You have a spiritual tool that you can use in one breath to bring your Self out of stress and into peace and ease.

Practice now.  Practice often.  In one breath…

• Allow your Energy Bubble to expand,
• Gather any lingering expectations out of your body and into a box,
• Transform the box of expectations into your new image, and
• Invite the image into your heart.
• F-e-e-l the transformation. 

Whenever you think of it, simply allow your Energy Bubble to expand. You will drop you into your heart, and be in peace and ease and comfort and compassion and love and the present moment.

Live Soul-First.

We invite you to live in the high vibration of your heart, Soul-First, instead of living in the low vibration of your head, Ego-First.

When you are living Soul-First you allow it to be easy.

When you allow fear and ‘What if?’ to dominate your perspective, how can you live a life of ease?

Where did you acquire this habit of ‘What if?’?

It came to you the moment you took your first breath.

Babies cry with their first breath.  Fear of the unknown enters their new reality as they forget why they are here. ‘What if?’ becomes their language of fear.

Every human harbors fear.  Every human creates situations when they face their ‘What if?’. 

And every  human has the opportunity to transform the fear of the future and the pain of the past into the peace of the present.

It is all a global misunderstanding that fear is real.

My dear, fear is manufactured.  Why?  So that you may learn the ultimate lesson through the experience of opposites.

Humans have the opportunity for insight into their past pain…for the realization that they manufactured fear as a way to protect themselves from their own inner knowing.

Humans ultimately understand faith through first experiencing the opposite of faith: fear.  They experience fear through their inner chatter: “What if?”.  

Humans ultimately understand peace through first experiencing the opposite of peace: pain. 

Humans ultimately understand ease through first experiencing the opposite of ease: effort. 

You are constantly at a crossroads.

Fear or Faith?
Pain or Peace?
Effort or Ease?

You manufacture Fear.  You allow Faith.

Imagine that you are holding a newborn baby.
